Friendly people. But, this is after my interior cleaning. I'll let you be the judge. They did offer me to go through the line again, but, shouldn't it he done right the first time? And, nobody has time to go through the line again.

I've only had excellent experiences here and I usually get washed every 2 weeks. Sometimes there's a wait while other cars get their interiors done but today my car was pulled to the side and personally serviced by Raekwon. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash to tip him with. 5 stars for him!

We’ve been members for a while and always liked the convenience, and the machines themselves still do a good job. However, since Flagship took over, the overall service quality has noticeably gone downhill. The biggest issue is the finishing service. The drying and final touches used to be thorough, detailed, and efficient. The previous crew clearly took pride in their work and made sure the car was properly finished. Since the change in staff, that level of care just isn’t there anymore. On our last visit, we were left waiting for several minutes with no communication and had to ask if our car was done. Even then, the drying job was incomplete. It also feels like there’s less urgency and attention overall. I’m not the only one noticing this—if you read the recent reviews, a lot of customers are saying the same thing about the decline in service. As paying members, we expect consistency, and right now it doesn’t match what it used to be. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.

I paid 44 dollars for a full exterior and interior. They did a job worse than I would have done at home. I do not recommend paying for “detailing” when they don’t do a great job. Whoever cleaned the front of my car, did a good one. So I got half great service and half not good at all.

If zero was an option I would use it. If it is below freezing, DO NOT use this facility. The brushes inside the wash do freeze and potentially cause damage. The vehicle will be coated in ice as you can see. Management at this facility will not be kind to you and suggest it is your fault for using the wash when it is freezing outside. They do not refund and certainly do not care. Why they would be open is beyond reason.
